Editorial and AI-use policy
Zand Bank Insights is written by the Zand Bank Research Team, checked against primary sources such as regulator rulebooks and public registers, and reviewed by Compliance before publication; any AI-assisted text is fact-checked and approved by a named person, and corrections are dated and shown on the page.
Who writes and who reviews
Articles in the Insights hub carry the byline Zand Bank Research Team and the line Reviewed by Head of Compliance. Both are role placeholders. Before publication each article must name its author and its reviewer, with their role, their relevant qualifications and a profile page. A named compliance reviewer signs off every page about regulation, fees, custody or stablecoins.
Sourcing standards
Primary sources come first: regulator rulebooks, public registers and Zand Bank's own published documents. Every figure carries a date and a source. Each page has a fact log: claim, source address, access date and checker.
Fact-checking and review cadence
- Pages about fees, limits and regulation: a data check every 30 days and an editorial review every 90 days.
- Explainers: a review at least every 12 months.
- The licences page: an update within 30 days of any licence change.
The visible date changes only when the content changes. The cadence applies to the guide: opening a corporate bank account in the UAE, the guide: how AED stablecoins work and the guide: VARA and CBUAE licences.
Corrections
When an error is found, the page is corrected and a dated note says what changed. Numbers are never edited silently. To report an error, send the page address and the source that shows the mistake. Concerns about a service go to complaints.
How we use AI
AI tools may assist with drafting text, titles, meta descriptions, structured data and image alt text. Nothing AI-assisted is published until a named person has checked every fact against its source and approved the page. The reviewer's name and the date are stored for each page. AI is never used to generate pages at scale. A page says so where automation played a material part in it.
The pages of this prototype were drafted with AI assistance. Their placeholder authors and reviewers must be replaced by named, credentialed people, and every value marked to be confirmed must be replaced by a verified fact, before publication.
Independence and how Zand Bank earns revenue
Zand Bank earns revenue from the services it provides to clients, such as accounts, payments, escrow and custody, and Insights explains topics connected to them. Insights carries no advertising, paid placements or affiliate links. A product mention is labelled and links to the product page. Articles are information only, not advice, as the terms of use for this website set out. More on the publisher: about Zand Bank and the Zand Bank home page.
