Corporate account fees
Opening a corporate account is listed as free and closing one as NIL. The cost to plan for is the balance. The schedule sets a minimum monthly average balance of AED 250k and a fee of AED 500 + VAT when the average is lower.
The table copies every row of the schedule's first section, with each amount exactly as printed. A monthly maintenance fee and a charge for online banking have no row in the schedule, and the table says so.

Notes to the statement
- The schedule's footnote names the profile changes: company name, company status, activity, and the addition or deletion of a shareholder. It says that adding or deleting signatories through an MOA, Board Resolution or POA is not charged.
- The schedule's footnote says no interest is paid on amounts below AED 250,000.00. The schedule does not say how often the AED 500 fee is charged.

Payments and transfers
Incoming local transfers are listed as free. A local outward transfer costs AED 5 + CBUAE charges + VAT. An outward foreign currency transfer costs AED 55 equivalent plus correspondent bank charges.
Corporate online banking names four transfer types: Own transfer, Within Zand, Domestic (AED to AED) and International (other currencies). The schedule prices transfers under other names, so the table keeps the schedule's wording and does not map one set of names onto the other.
Exchange rate on a foreign-currency transfer
The schedule prints no FX margin. Its notes say that transactions in other currencies are converted into AED and that FX rates and third-party charges may apply. Zand Bank's corporate banking FAQ says the client sees the conversion details and the exchange rate on screen for a foreign-currency transfer.
Charges from other banks
The schedule covers Zand Bank's own fees only. Its notes say that charges passed on by a correspondent, intermediary or beneficiary bank, or by another third party, may be debited from the account, and that the beneficiary may have to pay charges set by those banks. Zand Bank publishes its Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) as a separate document, and none of its values are repeated here.

Worked examples from the schedule
Three cases worked through with amounts printed in the schedule. VAT is added at 5%, the rate in the schedule's general note. The number of salary records is an assumption made for the example.
Monthly average balance below AED 250k
A company's monthly average balance falls under the minimum. The schedule lists a fee of AED 500 + VAT for that case.
- Fee as printed
- AED 500 + VAT
- VAT at 5%
- AED 25.00
- Cost
- AED 525.00
Payroll run of 40 salary records

- Fee as printed
- AED 2 per record
- 40 records
- AED 80.00
- VAT at 5%
- AED 4.00
- Cost

Outward foreign currency transfer, charge type OURS
A company sends a payment abroad and bears all bank charges. The two rows are read together here: AED 55 plus at least AED 75. The total rises when the correspondent bank charges more, and the exchange rate is separate.
- Transfer fee as printed
- AED 55 equivalent + Corr. Bank Charges
- Correspondent charge as printed
- As charged by the correspondent bank or AED75; whichever is higher
- Lowest total before VAT
- AED 130 equivalent
Term deposits
Term deposits can be placed for tenors of up to 1 year in AED, USD and EUR. A deposit can be withdrawn in part or in full through the Deposits menu. Zand Bank publishes no deposit rates on the pages reviewed and the schedule has no term deposit row, so this page shows no rate.

Zand AED and ZandMint
Zand AED (AEDZ) is issued by Zand Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zand Bank PJSC. The bank is not the issuer. ZandMint converts between bank money and AEDZ, USDT or USDC.
Neither product appears in the Fees & Charges schedule. Fee statements for Zand AED were found only as unrendered site data on zandtrust.com, captured on , and not as text a visitor can read. Every cell in the table is therefore marked to be confirmed.
The Payment Token Services Regulation of the Central Bank of the UAE does not allow interest or any other time-based benefit to be paid to holders of a payment token, so no rate appears on this page.
| Item | Charge |
|---|---|
| Purchase of Zand AED from Zand Trust1 | to be confirmed |
| Redemption: blockchain network fee2 | to be confirmed |
| Redemption: second fee type2 | to be confirmed |
| ZandMint conversion | not in the published schedule |

Notes to the statement
- The unrendered data says that Zand Trust charges no fee for a purchase. Unconfirmed.
- The unrendered data names two fee types for a redemption. One is the network fee that the client pays to the blockchain network. Unconfirmed.
How to read this schedule
The two fee tables follow one document: the Zand Bank Fees & Charges schedule, a one-page PDF published on zand.ae. It was read on and every row was transcribed. Amounts are copied as printed, including spacing such as "AED25", with no rounding and no currency conversion.
The schedule has three sections. Two are the tables above. The third, "Finances / Advances Credit Facilities", lists five items: interest rates on funded facilities, facility processing fee, facility sanction fee, early settlement fee and penal or late payment interest. Each one reads "As per Facilities Agreement".
What the amounts leave out
The amounts are Zand Bank's own fees. They leave out charges from correspondent, intermediary and beneficiary banks, the CBUAE charges on local outward transfers, exchange-rate differences and blockchain network fees.
VAT
The schedule's general note says that all charges, commissions and fees are subject to Value Added Tax at an additional 5% unless otherwise stated. Some rows also print "+ VAT". This page shows amounts as printed and adds VAT only in the worked examples.
Dates and review
The schedule prints no version number and no effective date. Its file properties give as the creation date, which is not an effective date. The schedule says that fees can change and that prior notice is given in line with applicable laws and regulations.
This page is checked against the schedule every 30 days and has an editorial review every 90 days. Its date changes only when its content does. Reviewed by Head of Compliance.

Questions about fees
Four questions that the tables raise, each answered first and then explained.
What is the minimum balance for a Zand Bank corporate account?
The minimum monthly average balance is AED 250k, according to the Zand Bank Fees & Charges schedule read on 12 October 2026. If the average is lower, the schedule lists a fee of AED 500 + VAT. Its footnote adds that no interest is paid on amounts below AED 250,000.00. The schedule does not say how often the fee is charged.
Is there a fee to open or maintain an account?
No fee is listed for opening an account: the schedule shows account opening as Free and account closure as NIL. It has no monthly maintenance row. The recurring costs it does list are the AED 500 + VAT fee when the monthly average balance is below AED 250k, and AED 250 monthly when a valid trade licence is not provided for more than 60 days after expiry.
Is VAT added to the fees shown?
Yes, unless a row says otherwise. The schedule's general note states that all charges, commissions and fees are subject to Value Added Tax at an additional 5% unless otherwise stated, and several rows also print "+ VAT" beside the amount. The tables on this page copy each amount as printed. Only the worked examples add the 5%.
How do I query or dispute a charge?
Ask your Relationship Manager first, or contact the Relationship Centre on +971 600 502 328. If that does not settle it, you can dispute a charge through the complaints procedure, by the form or at [email protected]. Zand Bank contacts you within 2 business days and resolves most complaints within 4 weeks, some within 8 weeks. Complaints carry no fee.
